Synchronous remote replication for maximum information protection

EMC SRDF/Synchronous ensures zero data exposure for remote data replication over distances up to 200 km. It provides key functionality such as site failover and failback, source/target dynamic switching, incremental restore with immediate access, and updates and multi-pathing support. EMC SRDF/S also includes an Adaptive Copy mode, so you can perform non-synchronous updates to remote sites—across any distance.

SRDF/S is fully integrated with other SRDF products such as SRDF/Asynchronous, and with the EMC TimeFinder family of local replication products.
